文一名门首府位于匡河景观带西侧，景观视线良好。规划中采取国际上通用的“以道路划分组团，以景观联系邻里”的手法，形成南低北高的空间布局。将高层布置在基地北侧，使左右边户都能实现景观最大化，低层产品布置在南侧，不但能避开集贤路的噪音干扰，而且尽享基地内部河岸景观。

    项目涵盖多种建筑风格，英式、法式与新古典主义的融合，使建筑既有严格的线条与明朗的轮廓，又兼具庄重、典雅气质，让贵族气息在建筑的冷静克制中优雅的散发出来。高层采用Art-Deco风格，建筑物的高耸、挺拔，给人以拔地而起、傲然屹立的非凡气势。

Wenyi Group Famous capital is located in the west of kuang river landscape belt, with a good view. In the planning, the internationally common approach of "dividing groups by roads and connecting neighbors by landscape" is adopted to form a spatial layout with low south and high north. The high-rise buildings are arranged on the north side of the site, so that the left and right side of the residents can achieve the maximum landscape, low-rise housing is arranged on the south side, not only can avoid the noise interference of jixian road, but also enjoy the interior riverbank landscape of the site.

The project covers a variety of architectural styles. The fusion of British style, French style and neoclassicism makes the architecture have clear outline, and also have solemn and elegant temperament, so that noble atmosphere can be sent out gracefully in the calm restraint of architecture. High-rise adopt art-deco style, modeling straight, with extraordinary momentum.
